Police officers apprehended Simmons on Reid Street and walked him back to Front Street, where the complainant identified the defendant.

In court, Simmons admitted urinating on the car, but pleaded not guilty to the second charge of exposing his person on the porch of Arnold’s Express.

The Crown offered no evidence on the second charge.

Simmons was also ordered to observe Mental Health Court tomorrow.
