Smith hits net for Kings

On target: Smith

Jonté Smith, the Bermuda striker, added to his season’s goal tally in Kemi Kings’ 3-1 win over GBK Kokkola in the Kakkonen North at the weekend.

Smith found the net in 62nd minute to keep Kings, the league leaders, on course for the title.

King’s Sasa Jovovic struck two goals in the 29th and 38th minutes, while GBK pulled a goal back in the 89th minute when Lawrence Smith scored from the penalty spot.

Kings take on seventh-placed TP-47 on Saturday.

Smith, 20, initially joined Kings on loan from Crawley Town, of Sky Bet League One, before agreeing to the terms of a deal that will keep him in Finland until the end of the present campaign with two option years in his contract.
